Do you offer free quotes?
Yes. Once I understand your requirements, I’ll provide a clear quote outlining the scope of work, inclusions, pricing and estimated timeframe.
Do you charge by the hour?
Some services are charged at a fixed price, while others are quoted based on the scope of work. Hourly pricing is generally used for additional work or projects where the final scope cannot be determined in advance.
What information do you need before providing a quote?
Once you complete the contact form, I’ll get in touch to discuss your project in more detail. Depending on the service, this may be by phone, online or face-to-face. We’ll discuss what you need, your goals, timeframe and any other information I need to understand the scope before I prepare your quote.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit is required before project work begins, with the remaining balance payable on completion. For consultations and some smaller services, full payment may be required upfront. Ongoing monthly services are payable in advance. Payment terms will be clearly outlined in your quote.
